Shipping policy
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to the address provided at checkout. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that it has been received only. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may also reach out to the e-mail provided at checkout if the products you have selected are only partially available or if an address verification is required.
If your item(s) are available we will process the charges and begin to process your order. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail.
Processing Time
Orders are processed in the United States and our processing time is 2 to 3 business days with the exception of products made by Petote and Susan Lanci Designs:
- Petote products are hand-crafted and made to order in the United States, as such processing time may take 5 to 7 business from the date of your order.
- Susan Lanci Designs products are hand-crafted and made to order in the United States, as such the processing time may take 6 to 10 business days from the date of your order.
Orders placed before 11AM (EST) may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 11AM (EST), on weekends, and/or on U.S. or Canadian holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Time and Tracking Your Package
Depending on the delivery address you provide, once your order has been processed and given to the delivery service provider, your order is estimated to arrive at the delivery address within 1 to 5 business days.
We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, from multiple locations, on multiple dates - as such you may receive your items on different dates and or from multiple delivery service companies. A confirmation and tracking number will be sent by e-mail for each shipment.

Shipping to U.S.A.
We are presently only able to ship to the U.S.A. within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping is free.
Shipping to Canada
Although we are able to accept orders from Canadian residents, your order will only be accepted if you provide a U.S. shipping address. Any order provided with a Canadian shipping address will be canceled.
There are several re-ship services from U.S.A. to Canada delivery services that offer shipment directly to your delivery address in Canada which is an option for Canadians who do not have an address in the United States. We provide free shipping to the U.S.A. within the 48 contiguous states.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
At this time, we only accept orders from U.S.A. and Canada (except Quebec) and are only shipping to addresses in the United States within the 48 contiguous states.
Damages and Lost or Stolen Packages During Shipment & Delivery
Although we take great care in packaging your order and all items are inspected before being shipped, please understand that once your package has been given to the delivery service company, we are not responsible for damages that happen during shipping or if the package is lost or stolen.
Please inspect the package when it arrives. If you notice any damages, you should take note/pictures and immediately contact the delivery service provider. For your safety and your pet's safety, do not use any product that has arrived damaged.
